Shipping Policy

We want your Yip Stick™ in your hands as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Free Shipping on Every Order

Every order to a continental United States address ships for free. No hidden fees, no shipping charges added at checkout. The price you see — $249.00 — is the price you pay, delivered to your door.

Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery

• Carrier: USPS Priority Mail

• Estimated transit time: 2–5 business days after your order ships

• A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way

Order Processing Time

Each Yip Stick™ putter is hand-assembled and individually inspected before it leaves our shop. You’re not buying a mass-produced product off a shelf — you’re getting a hand-crafted putter built with care. Because of this, orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Handcrafted Quality

Every Yip Stick™ is hand-assembled and inspected before shipping. We take the extra time to make sure yours is right before we send it out.

Tracking Your Order

Once your putter ships, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can use that number at USPS.com to follow your package all the way to your door.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to get your order out quickly, but once it’s in the hands of USPS, delivery timelines are outside our control. Littlewood Golf is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order seems to be stuck, reach out to us and we’ll help however we can.

Alaska, Hawaii, Military (APO/FPO) & International Shipping

We’re proud to support our military community. If you’re shipping to an Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military address, or an international address, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply, and we’ll work with you to find the best option.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us at info@yipstickputter.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of any damage if applicable, and we’ll get it sorted out for you.

The content on YipStickPutter.com — including product images, descriptions, logos, and marketing text — is the property of Littlewood Golf and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Product Description & Results

The Yip Stick™ is a putting aid designed to help golfers address alignment issues on the green. While we’re proud of what this putter can do, we want to be upfront:

• The putter is intended for recreational and competitive golf use only

Safe Use & Liability

The Yip Stick™ is designed and built to be used as a golf putter. Littlewood Golf is not responsible for any injury or property damage resulting from misuse, modification, or use of the product in a manner other than its intended purpose.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. We will send you an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. Littlewood Golf reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion — for example, if an item becomes temporarily unavailable. If we ever need to cancel your order, we’ll contact you right away and issue a prompt, full refund.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from a purchase on YipStickPutter.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.

Return Policy

Because every Yip Stick™ putter is hand-assembled and individually inspected before it leaves our shop, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of each putter and stand behind the quality of our work. If your putter arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at info@yipstickputter.com within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We will review every situation individually and do our best to make it right.

Performance Disclaimer

The Yip Stick™ putter is designed to aid in the mitigation of focal dystonia and parallax error in the putting stroke. The Yip Stick™ does not guarantee the elimination of either condition. Individual results will vary based on the nature and severity of each golfer's condition, physical ability, and commitment to the recommended technique. No two golfers are alike and no specific outcome is promised or implied.

All sales are final. The Yip Stick™ does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
