Expected Shipping Window Our first production batch will begin as soon as we reach our initial build threshold. Advance orders help us confirm demand and begin the manufacturing process. Once your putter enters assembly, you will receive an email with your estimated ship date.

14‑Day Performance Assurance

We stand behind the Yip Stick™ Reset System. If you complete the full 14‑Day Reset Program and feel the system did not help you, you may return the putter and manual under the following conditions:

A 20% restocking fee applies
Customer is responsible for return shipping
A Return Authorization (RA#) is required
Products must be returned in clean, undamaged, sellable condition
The 14‑Day Program must have been completed as instructed

Refund Upgrade Option — YS Premier Series

If you complete the 14‑Day Reset Program and decide the Yip Stick™ is not the right fit for your stroke, you may apply your refund amount as credit toward a YS Premier Series custom‑built conventional putter.
